Spring is Here!

Spring House
Welcome to Spring! Or so I'm told. Here in the SoCal mountains it's been rather cool, but our ski resorts are on their last legs for the season, so I suppose Spring is coming. A celebration is called for such an occasion and the little fairies of Make it Crafty are totally on it! What do you think? Total springtime fun, yeah?

Make it Crafty stamps used: Mushroom HouseBobo Petal Sprite, Fifi, Jojo, Little Baby Fairy, Pipi Petal Sprite, and Daffodil Dell. Coloured with Copics; frame created in PhotoShop CS3.

  6. Wonderful card! I do think it screams SPRING!!!! I am in need of a whole lot of that as I am in Wisconsin & we only have 4 months that we don't heat our homes and your card is a welcome reminder that warmer weather is on the way. Thanks for sharing your beautiful artwork!

  8. I absolutely love it. It totally makes up for the lack of actual spring feel (and I totally feel your pain there, here in NorCal it's all grey and icky outside). Please share what colors you used for the teal combo, it's so pretty and vibrant.

    1. Good luck with that, Katie! I wrote NONE of the colours down as this was coloured over four days in like 6 locations, one of them being the Subaru dealership, lol!

  17. This scene is beautiful. Your colouring is amazing. I love the Make it Crafty Images and I have quite a few. It is Autumn here in Sydney, Australia, but we have been having very hot summery weather with temperatures well above normal for this time of the year, hard to sleep at night. It is a bit cooler today. I am retired now as I was made redundant from work at the end January and am too old to look for another job (will be 68 on 20 April) so I have been spending more time on my cardmaking and taking part in blog hops and challenges and reading other blogs. I started a blog last year so now I have much more time to spend on it. I also suffer from osteoarthritis as well as fibromyalgia so I can sympathise with you. My colouring is not as good now as I have glaucoma and macula degeneration and my eyes are always blurry but I am happy to be alive and can still make cards and I thank God for each day.
